This is a Special Care Home licensed in Saskatchewan to provide long term care to 31 residents. Our facility is owned and operated by two local churches, the Old Colony Mennonite and Bergthaler Mennonite Churches. The Board of Directors is elected from the two churches. We are located in the town of Warman at 201 3rd Avenue North and affiliated with the Saskatoon Health Region. As a not for profit organization we are a registered charity.

This facility has been in operation since 1968 as senior housing. In 1986, with a strong need for more care required by residents, the facility became a special care home. We provide the entire nursing and support services that this requires. As a result we have dedicated staff in all areas to provide these services and to expand as required.

In the summer of 2002 we opened our first enriched housing wing known as the Haven. The Haven has 8 suites in which 4 suites can accommodate couples. Residents who live here have all of their meals provided, some basic laundry and housekeeping services. Since The Haven is attached to the Special Care Home it is easy to share in activity programs.
